Norma Sue Hodge

Norma Sue (Stanton) Hodge 74 passed away Sunday, August 26, 2012 in Liberty Mounds, Oklahoma surrounded by her family members. Norma was born March 1, 1938 to William Charles Stanton and Florence (Kidwell) Stanton. Norma grew up in Hoffman, Oklahoma and attended schools in Hoffman, Hichita and Morris, Oklahoma. She has resided in Liberty Mounds for twenty-four years coming from Owasso. She was a Walmart Associate for twenty-five plus years and worked in the Garden Center. She enjoyed gardening, attending to her flowers, crafting and fishing. Norma was a member of Triumph Worship Center in Mounds, Oklahoma. Norma was preceded in death by her parents: William and Florence Stanton. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Hurst of Liberty Mounds, her son, Bobby Neal Hurst and his wife Dana of Sapulpa, two grandchildren and one great grandchild along with other family members and friends. Services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 1, 2012 at Triumph Worship Center, 2125 West 181st Street, South, Mounds, Oklahoma. Pastor Robert Griffin will officiate.
