Norma Christine Miles

Norma Christine Miles, 78 years old, passed away peacefully July 20, 2007 in Tulsa, Oklahoma surrounded by her loving family members.
Norma was born October 25, 1928 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Luther Higgins and Sydney Buckner Higgins. She graduated from Central High School in 1946 and attended Southwestern Bible Institute in Waxahachie, Texas. She lived in the Tulsa area for the last forty-four years coming from Texas. Before retirement Norma worked as a cashier/waitress in various hotels and restaurants in the Tulsa area. Some of Norma's hobbies were oil painting, sewing and knitting.
Norma Miles was preceded in death by both her parents: Luther and Pauline Higgins, and her brother: Dan Higgins.
She is survived by her three sons: Tom Miles of Florida; Mike Miles and Ron Miles of Oklahoma; daughter: Pam Scott of Oklahoma; her sister: Katherine Clay of Arkansas; eight grandchildren: Tom Jr., Jennifer, Brandon, Allison, Jared, Rachel, Jeremy and Valerie along with thirteen great grandchildren.
Mrs. Miles will be remembered by her family as being a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Private family services will be held at the family's convenience.
