Noella Newman Babcock was born October 30, 1953, in Healdton, Oklahoma to parents Otis E. and Winnie L. Newman. She passed away peacefully in her sleep September 6, 2020.
Noella was always a caring and giving person by nature. This caring led to her wanting to care for anyone she could, which included her brothers and mother later in life.
Noella married the love of her life Edward Del Babcock in April 1987. They had a long happy marriage until his death March 14, 2003.
She had her own daycare business for many years. She loved all the children and their families. They became family to her.
In the last years of her life she had a best friend Ellis Messer as a constant companion. A shoulder to lean on when she needed and someone she could turn to if she needed someone more than just her daughter. She and he made of her lifelong dreams come true in May 2018 when they went on a cruise to Alaska. It was something she longed to do and was unbelievably happy that she was finally able to go.
The last year of her life was a struggle, but that struggle is now over, and she is Home with all the loved ones she's longed for.
Noella is preceded in death by her parents, husband Del, and her brothers, Troy, Kenneth, and James.
Noella is survived by her daughter Jodie Michelle Kendrick and husband Micah, her brothers, Richard Newman, David Newman and wife Debby, sister-in-law Ronda Newman, and many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and eight step-grandchildren.
