Noal Franz Mcgee

Noal Franz McGee, age 83, passed away on August 8, 2021. He was a beloved father to son, Keith McGee, and a devoted husband to Sara J. McGee.

Noal was born on June 1, 1938 in Yale, OK to Coach Burl T. McGee and Ruth McGee. Noal had a younger brother, Tony McGee, who passed away in 2000 from a long illness.

He was the Valedictorian in his 1956 graduating class at Yale High School. Noal was also a pitcher for the American Legion baseball program.

Noal graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1961 with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. He worked for over 40 years in the petroleum industry as a Process Control Engineer, where he traveled all over the of the world. He also had articles published in industry trade magazines.

After retirement Noal volunteered at Kane Elementary School in Bartlesville tutoring kids. He also enjoyed being a Docent at the Price Tower for many years.

A service honoring Noal will be planned at a future date for the safety of family and friends as a result of the Covid-19 virus.
