Nina Jean Vincent

Nina Jean Vincent, resident of Bellevue, Nebraska passed away Sunday, December 20, 2015 in Tulsa, OK. She was born January 18, 1926 in Miami, OK, the daughter of Rendall E. and Ruth (Mills) Holland. Nina earned her bachelor's degree in Sociology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. She married John H. Vincent, Sr. September 1, 1945 in Fort Wayne, IN where he was stationed in the Army Air Corps after World War II . Nina was a homemaker to her family she cherished dearly. She contributed significantly to the career of her husband whom eventually became a Colonel in the United State Air Force.

Nina was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband John H. Vincent, Sr. Col USAF (Retired). She is survived by her sons: John H. Vincent, Jr. and wife Saundra, Jenks, OK and Dr. Robert Vincent and wife Roxi, Tulsa, OK; four granddaughters: Tracy and husband Tadd Weese, Laura and husband Kyle Broach, Dr. Nicole and Dr. Teran Davis, and Reagan and husband Casey Reininger; and nine great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held in January at the Schaudt-Teel Funeral Service Chapel in Tulsa. A celebration of her life will be planned in the spring in Omaha, NE. Interment will be scheduled in Arlington National Cemetery.
