Ngaire Elizabeth Kuper

Ngaire Elizabeth Kuper passed away with loving family by her side early Friday morning, December 31, 2021, at the age of 71 years.

Ngaire was born on October 30, 1950 in Pierre, SD to her parents, Alfred and Doris (Crowle) Kuper. She attended Deadwood schools and was a graduate from Deadwood High School as a member of the class of 1970.

Ngaire enjoyed playing softball in her youth and she was a lifelong fan of baseball. When she was seven years old, she was nicknamed Calamity Jane because she beat ALL the boys in town in a quick draw contest in Deadwood, SD.

Ngaire grew up attending the Methodist church. She enjoyed making Ceramics. Ngaire was an avid and fierce Farkle player. She enjoyed music, whether it was listening to gospel music; singing in the church choir; playing the ukulele; or singing her favorite song...BINGO---

She is preceded in death by father, Alfred Kuper; mother, Doris Crowle; sister, Bonny Holle.

Ngaire leaves many loving memories with her family, sister Marilynn Mills and husband J.R.; sister Barbara Hansen and husband Terry; brother James Kuper and wife Jean; daughter Jennifer Kuper-Nail; granddaughter Elizabeth Renfro; grandson Bradley Nail; great-grandchildren- Raylei & Kinley; numerous nieces and nephews along with many other loving relatives and a host of friends.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
