Murray Alvin Lormand, 72, of Kinder, LA, passes away on October 26, 2021, in Bixby, OK.

Murray was a lifelong resident of Kinder, LA. He was married to Susan for 52 years. Murray was a member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church. He worked and was a member of the Ironworker's and Boilermaker's unions. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Murray loved to camp, hunt, and fish on the Calcasieu River. He also enjoyed vacationing and traveling with family. Your family and friends will always carry your memory in their hearts.

Murray is preceded in death by his parents, Alex Jr. and Mary Ann Lormand, and granddaughter, Alexandra (Aly) Courville.

He is survived by his wife, Susan L. Lormand, children, Lisa L. Courville and husband Todd, Charles Daniel Lormand, three grandchildren, Kyle and Colin Courville, and Abbie Del Cambre, three great-grandchildren, siblings, Terry Lormand and wife Joan, Ricky Lormand and wife Jane, Randy Lormand and wife Lisa, and Candy Lormand.
