Monty Davidson, 73, Beloved Father, Spouse, and Son, was called to his eternal resting place on September 13, 2023. He entered this world on May 20, 1950, in Wichita, Kansas, born to the loving embrace of his parents, Donald and Betty Davidson.


Monty's life journey was marked by his unwavering dedication to his family and community. Raised in the heart of Kansas, he developed a deep passion for sports, particularly the Kansas City Royals and Chiefs, which became a lifelong love affair. In the late 1980s, Monty made the move to Oklahoma, where he continued to cherish his Kansas roots while embracing his new home.


Throughout his life, Monty wore many hats, starting as a cook at various area restaurants before embarking on a path that would see him become a proud small business owner. He built a successful janitorial service, earning the respect and admiration of those he served and worked alongside.


Monty is survived by his loving daughters, Rayna Davidson and Buffy Jac Swindell, both of Dewey, and his son, Monty Dale Davidson Jr. of Bartlesville. He leaves behind cherished memories and a legacy of love that will forever warm their hearts.


Monty's memory will also be treasured by his siblings, Ronald Baker, Romia Jean Hoenike, Rodney Baker, Bernie Haselwood, Donna Roberts, Bruce Davidson, David Davidson, Suzan Giffin, Richard Baker, Virgil Ray Baker, Bob Baker, Randy Haselwood, and Jimmy Haselwood as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends who held a special place in his heart.


In remembrance, we honor the memory of those who have gone before us. his parents, step-father, Ernest Anderson and step-mother Lora Davidson whose presence he surely rejoins in the realm beyond.


Monty Davidson was a remarkable man who touched the lives of many with his kindness, determination, and unwavering love. His memory will forever be engraved in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him, and his legacy will continue to inspire us all. As we bid our final farewell, let us celebrate the life of a beloved father, spouse, and son who enriched our lives with his presence and left an indelible mark on our souls.
