Montie Jean Hodges

Montie Jean Hodges age 73 passed away at Saint Francis Hospital on Thursday, January 31, 2008.
Mrs. Hodges was born in Mannford, Oklahoma to Ollie Brewer and Julia (Simmons) Brewer on October 15, 1934. She attended Will Rogers High School. On April 7, 1951 she married the love of her life, Gaylen Hodges.
For seventeen years and before she retired, Montie was co-owner of Dandi Furniture Store in Sapulpa. In her spare time she liked to snow ski, she liked camping, traveling and watching movies. Montie was a devoted Jehovah's Witness for sixty years where she played an active role in ministry work. She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Ollie and Julia Brewer.
Montie is survived by her husband: Gaylen Hodges of Sapulpa; two daughters: Kandi Fallis and her husband, Dean; Kristi Holloway and her husband, David all from Sapulpa, Oklahoma; one son: Dana Hodges and his wife, Rita of Republic, Missouri; three sisters: Dorothy Powell, Maxine Wright, Ollie Camargo along with three grandchildren: Jeremy Hobbs, Matthew Holloway and Rachael Holloway.
Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 2, 2008 at Kingdom Hall Jehovah's Witnesses in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Mr. Harry Fennell will officiate.
