Lillie Ruth Pearson

November 3, 1929 — April 3, 2025

In Loving Memory of Lillie R. Pearson Better known as Mom Pearson.

She was born in Mexia, Texas, on November 3, 1929. Her family moved to Tucson, Arizona, for a short time before settling in San Diego, California, where she met and married Adam Louis Pearson. Together, they had seven children.

She served the church and community all her life. She fed, clothed, prayed for, and welcomed people into her home-including the homeless-and loved people all across the globe. She raised thousands of dollars for the Body of Christ for many years. What an amazing woman.

Mom Pearson sang, preached, directed the church choir, and supported countless churches in the community and abroad. She is survived by her five children, with the exception of her baby boy, Bishop Carlton Pearson, who passed on November 19, 2023, as well as her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of friends and relatives.

She moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma, in the 1980s, where she supported and worked with her son, Bishop Pearson, at Higher Dimensions Church. There, she helped build his ministry along with others.

Mom Pearson has been faithful to God, and now she is with Him-reunited with her heavenly family and a host of angels who welcomed her with open arms. She is truly loved.

Lillie Ruth Pearson was: A beautiful woman and person. She was anointed, resilient, strong, hardworking, and will always be remembered for how she sacrificed for the Kingdom. She stood for holiness, loved God with all her heart, and loved people. She was-and still is-a true servant in Heaven.

Thank you, Mother Pearson, for all the many years you gave to the Body of Christ. We salute you-always.
