Michael Collett

Dr. Michael Collett, a resident of Lawton, OK,was born on June 22, 1966 in Okmulgee, OK to Glen Gilbert Collett and Barbara Sweet Knight. Michael was an Osteopathic Physician and Surgeon. He passed away on January 13, 2010 in Lawton, Oklahoma. Michael is survived by his mother, Barbara Sweet Knight of Okmulgee, OK; 3 daughters, Ferrin Collett of Tulsa, OK, Lindsay Collett of Nowata, OK, and Jaimee Collett of Nowata, OK; 1 grandson, Rylee Collett of Nowata, OK; 1 sister, Michelle Collett White of Morris, OK; 1 nephew, Trey White of Morris, OK; 1 niece, Heather White Dreessen of Morris, OK; 1 uncle, Frank G. Collett of Henryetta, OK; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. Michael was preceded in death by his father, Glen Gilbert Collett on April 21, 2006. Services for Dr. Michael Collett will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2010 at 3:00pm in the Shurden Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating the service will be Brother Bill Delso. Interment will follow at the Westlawn Cemetery in Henryetta, OK under the direction of the Shurden Funeral Home of Henryetta .
