Medrith Christmas Obituary Medrith D. “Medie” Christmas, a resident of Hanna, Oklahoma passed away on October 16, 2010 in Hanna, OK at the age of 53 years. She was born on May 31, 1957 in Melette, Oklahoma to M.B. Burns and Wanda Breazeale. Medrith was preceded in death by her parents, sons: Ronald Haley and Billy Roy Haley, brothers: Arcell Burns, Billy Junior Burns, Bullet Burns, and George Burns, sisters: Reda Glover and Mexicania Kennedy. She is survived by her husband, Bryant, of the home; son Jeremy Haley and wife Jennifer of Hanna, OK; sisters: Ann Burns of Hanna, OK, Carrie Lou Dowling of Eufaula, OK, Brenda Free and husband Ray of Hanna, OK, and Deanda Sherrell and husband, Ron of Pocola; brothers: Mickey Burns and wife Anita of Hanna, OK, and Joe Breazeale and wife Brenda of Forney, TX; grandsons: Preston Haley and Allen Haley granddaughter: Makinzie Boyles. Visitation for Medrith will be held on Tuesday, October 19 from 8:00am – 8:00pm and then on Wednesday, October 20 from 8:00am – 12:00pm at the Shurden-Jackson Funeral Home of Henryetta, OK. A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at 2:00pm at the Hanna Cemetery in Hanna, OK. Brother Albert Powell and Brother Anderson C. Fields will be officiating. Pallbearers for the service will be Randy Burns, Joe Wayne Layman, Tony Free, Jackie McCuller, Joe Bob Glover, and Johnny Glover.
