Mary Sue Hestand

Mary Sue Hestand, age 79, of Collinsville, OK passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mary was born in Cleveland, OK on December 19, 1931, a daughter of the late Ruby Irene (Storm) and Leo Garth Weldon. She graduated from Cleveland High School and she married the love of her life William Lee Hestand, Jr on October 10, 1950 at the First Baptist Church in Cleveland, OK. In her spare time she enjoyed crosswords puzzles, gardening, taking care of her animals, trivia. She was a homemaker. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one brother and one sister. Mary is survived by a daughter, Katy Hestand, of Golden City, MO; two sons Mark Hestand, of Collinsville, OK; Danny Hestand, of Huntsville, AL; a brother: Lewis, husband of Eva Lois Weldon, of Cleveland, OK; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
