Mary E. Wells age 100 passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at Glennwood Healthcare Center in Glenpool, Oklahoma.

Mary was born October 19, 1915 in Van Alstyne, Texas to Pascal Ector Bennett and Ara N. (Nevins) Bennett. She graduated from Cushing High School. Mary was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Pascal and Ara Bennett, her first husband, Paul L. Baker, her second husband, Bill Wells, her brothers, Billy Bennett, Ralph Bennett, her sisters, Margaret Hornberger, and Nelda Frieson.

Mary is survived by her son, Donald Baker and his wife, Catherine, her grandchildren: Angela Chitwood (Darrell), Donald Baker, Jr., Paul Baker, Catherine Hearn (Aaron Hearn), her great grandchildren: Bryce Hodges, Alex Baker, Olivia Baker, Ethan Baker, Trey Baker, Linda Baker, Isaac Baker, Moriah Hearn, Lillian Hearn along with other family members.

Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Howard United Methodist Church, 815 E. Randolph Street, Howard, Kansas. Mr. Don Baker will officiate. Interment will follow at Walnut Valley Memorial Park, El Dorado, Kansas.
