Marlene Anne McBrien, born to the late Robert and Aleta Fuller, passed away on July 3, 2022, at the age of 85.
Marlene was born on September 5, 1936 in Columbus, Ohio where she lived until moving with her family to Edna, Kansas where Marlene met her soon to be husband Ronald.
Ronald and Marlene married on June 17, 1954, shortly before graduating high school together. McBrien. Together they had their beautiful daughters Kathy and Jeanie.
In her earlier life she enjoyed singing and listening to music, or spending time with family and friends. She also became a talented quilter and painter with her favorite style of painting being Grandma Moses. Marlene was an old fashioned cook and an excellent piano player.
As a family they went on many camping trips during the summer in Oklahoma, enjoying the beautiful scenery this state has to offer. Marlene also loved to go shopping, especially garage sales with her daughter Kathy. She will be remembered as vivacious and deeply caring, always ready for a lively conversation.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ronald McBrien.
Marlene leaves many loving memories with her daughters Kathy Miller and Jeanie Williams, grandchildren Josh Honeycutt (Chantel), Brady Hynes, Phoenix Honeycutt, Harper Hynes (Aaron), and other family such as, Misty Chester and family, Gerald and Nora Malone, brother Bobby Fuller, Robin Dyer, Justin Fuller, Ray Williams.
