Marlana Donette Harrison

Marlana Donette (Lynn) Harrison, Tulsa resident, passed away Wednesday morning, November 14, 2018, with family by her side at the age of 43 years. She was born on July 6, 1975 in Lawton, OK to her parents, Don Lynn and Carrie Lynn. Marlana graduated from Tulsa Will Rogers High School. She met the love of her life, Dixon Harrison, and they have been together since the early 1990’s. She worked in the Health Insurance industry for many years, then decided to stay at home and became a homemaker caring for their family. Marlana enjoyed reading Harry Potter and Stephen King books, traveling, taking pictures of friends and family. She loved to cook, especially holiday meals with others. Marlana was a caring soul who always put others before herself making sure they felt welcome.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Carrie Lynn and brother, Gregg Lynn.

Marlana leaves many loving memories with her family, husband, Dixon Harrison; father Don Lynn; daughter, Alisabeth Hill and husband John Hill; son, Gary Harrison and Kelsey Swinney; son, Tyler Harrison and Katt Anderson; son, Jordan Eggers and Mary Barton; daughter, Madison Wabaunsee; son, Wanbli Swimmer; son, Nashoba Harjo; brother, Chris Lynn and wife, Diana Lynn; brother, Martin Lynn and wife Rachel Lynn; brother Rodney Lynn and wife Stephanie Lynn; sister in law, Amy Lynn; brother, Vincent Lynn; sister Kasondra Lynn and Edwin Levernoch; and a grandson on the way, John Hill; as well as many other loving family members and host of friends.

Viewing and visitation will be 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm Monday, November 19, 2018 at Solid Rock Baptist Church in Glenpool, Oklahoma.

Services will be held 2:00 PM, Tueday, November 20, 2018 at Solid Rock Baptist Church.

Burial will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Salem Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Sulphur, Oklahoma.
