Marc was born on June 12, 1989. He passed away at 32 years old on January 17, 2022. So much has happened between those two dates. No way could I possibly reiterate the life Marc led at this time, but I will do my best.
I became Marc's Foster mother back when he was just 8 years old. I was so blessed and fortunate to adopt him when he was 12 years old. His childhood was full of wonderful experiences and he had so much fun growing up in Santa Ana. He was a very happy child, always smiling and so cheerful.
He was very precious to me as I feel I was to him. When he was an adult he had my name tattooed over his heart so I had to be pretty special to him.
Marc loved fishing and he would fish all day long if he was given the chance.
He was smart, funny and adventurous and never gave up when things got tough.
Marc enjoyed biking, playing baseball, snow skiing and horseback riding. He was very patient learning new activities and projects.
Marc was nicknamed and known as "Ace" by his friends.
Let me tell you, Marc, loved all animals, especially dogs. He had a few dogs growing up and every one of them always made him laugh and happy. He felt safe and secure having them around. He even taught his last dog "Spade" American Sign Language!! He had a very special bond with "Spade".
Marc volunteered while attending high school. He volunteered at Leisure Court Nursing Center in Anaheim, delivering meals to residents as well as pushing them around in wheelchairs.
He also volunteered at the Orange County First Assembly of God where he managed the grounds, maintaining the lawns and bushes.
Somehow, Marc found time to also volunteer at Hemopet in Garden Grove tending to rescued greyhounds there by bathing, walking and feeding them.
Marc attended occupational programs while attending high school.
He attended Central County Regional Occupational Programs and Coastline Regional Occupational Programs for Auto body repair, welding and also an internship as an auto technician. His goal was to work for a company that customizes automobiles.
Marc graduated from Cesar E. Chavez High School in June 2008.
After graduating, Marc worked for Orion Chandelier, Inc. as a Metal Fabrication Apprentice. Marc was a good employee and was very detail oriented, taking great pride in his work. He followed instructions extremely well and was very easy to be around.
Marc also worked at Great Outdoors Landscape Company in Laguna Hills where he gained experience with brickwork and landscape design.
My dear son was taken away from me way too soon and the void in my heart is extremely huge. I am aware he is with me though and I will love and cherish him into the next life when I will see him again.
Besides by myself, Marc also leaves behind his loving Grandmother, my Mother, Inge Fox who loved and adored her only grandchild.
Rest in Peace my son.
Mommy loves you.
Thank you.
