Manuel De Jesus Melendez

Manuel De Jesus Melendez died December 11, 2021, at the age of 51.

Manuel was born January 15, 1970, in Usulutan, Salvador to his parents, Jose and Maria (Hernandez) Melendez.

Manuel was a calm and loving person. He loved his children and family very much. He was also known to crack jokes and be remembered as always being happy.

He worked as Janitor, but he loved to cook and fish.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Joanna Melendez, with who he will be reunited in Heaven.

Manuel leaves many loving memories to be cherished by his family; wife, Angelita Gimenez, daughters; Yolanda Melendez, Josefina Jimenez, Wendy Melendez, Jasmin Melendez and son, Miguel Angel Melendez, in addition to many other loving relatives and a host of friends. Manuel will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

The Rosary and wake service will be held at 4:00 PM Thursday December 23, 2021 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 2720 S 129th E Ave, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, December 24th at St. Thomas More with burial following at Floral Haven Cemetery at 6500 S. 129th E. Ave. in Broken Arrow.
