Manona Coble

Manona F. Coble passed into the loving arms of her Lord on Monday, April 20, 2015 in Bixby, OK at the age of 81. She lived in the Bixby, OK area since 2002 and was a resident of the Sand Plum Retirement Community for the past year. She was born on June 23, 1933 in Newlin, TX to her parents, Romie Jewell Murphy and Della F McBride. Manona attended school in Gilpin, TX. She married love of her life, Delbert Dean Coble whom preceded her in death on November 26, 2002. She was a homemaker and will be remembered for her sense of humor, her enjoyment of shopping, love of music, and playing games. Manona loved “Life”, the “Lord” and her family.
Manona leaves many loving memories with her family; daughters and sons-in-law, Cindy and Danny Smith of Bixby, OK and Lajaune and Randall Hood of Bedford, TX; son Jerry and Robyn Coble of Keyser, WV; her sisters, Willie Matney and her husband Gerald, Ella Daniel and her husband Ronnie; brother, Darrel Murphy and his wife Bonnie, Norman Murphy; 7 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, RJ Murphy, and Jerry B Murphy; sister Nancy Pauline Lambert and her great grandson Evan Charles Bradley.
Visitation is scheduled for 5:00-7:00pm Thursday April 23, 2015 at Schaudt’s Funeral Service, 719 E. 141 Street in Glenpool, OK.
Graveside service will be 10:00am Thursday April 30, 2015 at Resthaven Cemetery in Lubbock, TX. Her family would like to invite friends to a time of fellowship over coffee and tea after the funeral at Quaker Avenue Church of Christ, 1701 Quaker Avenue in Lubbock.
