Mandy Elizabeth Hart went home to be with the Lord at the young age of 19 on April 8, 2020. Mandy is proceeded in death by her twin brother and grandfather Harold Shaffer. Mandy was a compassionate, loving, generous and affectionate daughter, sister and mother. Mandy has two beautiful children, Aiden Hart, 1 years old, and daughter Rain Rose Hart, 7months old.

Mandy tragically left this world at such a young age, leaving many loved ones behind. Mandy is survived by her mother April E., Loubat; sister Anna Hart; brother Jeremy Coffman; uncle David Chaffer; aunt Tina Chaffer; and grandmother Mary Shaffer; uncle Gene Shaffer, as well as a host of cousins, and friends. Mandy loved to draw, write, and listen to music and watch movies; including cartoons. Mandy had such a friendly spirit and loved spending time with her friends and family. Mandy considered her mother, April Loubat and her sister Anna Hart her best friends. Above all, Mandy’s two children were her world. Mandy loved working at Subway with her mom. Mandy was so excited that her 7-month-old daughter just started to crawl.

She cherished each milestone; and loved taking pictures of her babies. Mandy loved children, and had always wanted to have many more children of her own one day. Mandy would want her family, friends and loved ones to celebrate her life and remember the good times they had with her. Mandy had such a unique sense of humor and always made people laugh. Her generous heart will forever be unmatched. Mandy would have given her last dime to someone in need. She was such a giver, and had an incredible way of showing people love and kindness. Mandy was funny and would fill the room with laughter, and always say the most hilarious comments. There was never a dull moment when Mandy was in the room. She was a survivor and a fighter. Mandy’s sweet soul is dancing with angels, and worries no more.
