Lynda Louise Branham, age 45, passed away Monday, June 19, 2006 at St. John Medical Center, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Lynda was born July 21, 1960 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She attended schools in Austin, Texas and graduated in 1978 from Crockett High School. She attended nursing school in Muskogee, Oklahoma and became a licensed practical nurse. Most recently she worked at Inverness Village in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She belonged to the Oklahoma Nurses Association. Lynda Branham moved to Glenpool from Broken Arrow in 1993. She was a compassionate and dedicated mother. She loved fishing, music and traveling. Lynda was a people person. Family and friends will remember her for her caring personality.
Lynda Branham was preceded in death by her father: Roy Herman Gore, mother: Ima Jean Gore and son: Mark Allen Presley.
She is survived by her mother: Patricia Cauthron of Glenpool, Oklahoma; two daughters: Lindsey Christy of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Ashley Herrera of Glenpool, Oklahoma; two sons: Brandon Herrera and Matthew Herrera of Glenpool, Oklahoma; two sisters: Sharon Cobb Ruel of British Columbia, Canada and Billy Jean King of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Barry Presley of Austin, Texas, Alonzo Herrera of Austin, Texas, Michael Branham of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; two nephews: David Lee King of Porter, Oklahoma, Bobby Gene King of Tulsa, Oklahoma; two great nieces: Angelique Taylor King of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Jeannie Renee King of Tulsa, Oklahoma along with one grandson: Vincent Douglas Christy of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Services will be held Thursday, June 23rd at 2:00 p.m. at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service Chapel.
