Lyle Edward Peters

Lyle Edward Peters, age 63 passed away September 10, 2005 at his residence in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Mr. Peters was born December 29, 1941 in Seymour, Missouri to Willie R. Peters and Georgia Cummins Peters. He was a self-employed carpenter. Mr. Peters was an ordained pastor and a church member of Voice of Victory Full Gospel Church. He resided in Tulsa for the past 14 months moving from Nashville, Tennessee. His hobbies were reading western novels and woodworking.
Mr. Peters was preceded in death by both parents. Lyle Edward Peters is survived by one son: William Peters of Seattle, Washington; six sisters: Mary Harms and her husband, Jerry, Wichita, Kansas; Bonnie Shumate and her husband, Richard, Lebanon, Missouri, Penny €œMinnie€ Lahar of Wichita, Kansas; Neoma Martin, Pittsburgh, Kansas; Marcia Nix and her husband, David of Jenks, Oklahoma and Genita Kastning and her husband, Garry of Seymour, Missouri. Mr. Peters also has one grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 15th at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Ron Baker will officiate.
