Lois Marlene Bennett

Lois Marlene Bennett passed away Sunday, January 24, 2016 at Maplewood Care Center in Tulsa. Lois was born September 8, 1953 to Lester Lee and Alta Faye (Copeland) Stringfellow in Tulsa, Ok.

Lois married her second husband, Theodore Eugene Bennett on April 5, 1999 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma.

Lois was a Caregiver for a Preschool and was an ordained minister. She loved to sing, play piano, loved caring for children and spending time with family and friends. Lois was a member of The Guiding Light Tabernacle.

She was preceded in death by husbands: James Robert Gobble and Theodore Eugene Bennett; daughter, Joy Lavonne Watkins; parents, Lester Lee and Alta Faye Stringfellow and twin, Joyce Arlene Stringfellow.

Lois is survived by son, Robert Lee Gobble; brothers: Daniel Stringfellow and Stephen Stringfellow; sister, Anna Stringfellow; son-in-law, Dale Watkins; granddaughters: BreAnna Lavon Watkins and Faith Nicole Watkins.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, January 28, 2016 at Schaudt-Teel Funeral Service, Tulsa.
