Lindsey Nicole Sanders

Lindsey Nicole Sanders, a bright spirit born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on January 24, 1984, passed peacefully on August 23, 2024 in Tulsa.

Lindsey was a woman of warmth and light, a free spirit who found joy in the sun's embrace and nature’s beauty. She spent her childhood exploring the outdoors, always seeking adventure. From the shores of lakes to the rivers she loved to float on, Lindsey was never far from the water. Whether swimming, basking in the sunshine, or running with the wind, her heart was always in nature. She was an accomplished runner, basketball player and cheerleader during her school years in Catoosa and Broken Arrow, where she made countless friends and spread her infectious laughter to all who knew her.

Lindsey’s family was her world. She is survived by her beloved son, Dalton McAnally, her cherished mother, Donna Sanders, her devoted brother, Jeff Sanders, and her adored nieces, Jasmine and Aurora. She leaves behind her loving grandparents, Roy and Jackie Reamey, aunts and uncles Joy and Rick Beavers, Jacque Stout, Roy Reamey, Jr., Raymond Reamey, and Mike and Karen Stiles, along with a large family of cousins, who all treasured her adventurous spirit.

She was preceded in death by her father, David Sanders, whom she now joins in peace.

Lindsey’s life was a testament to living fully, loving deeply, and finding joy in the small moments of everyday life. Her adventurous heart, boundless energy, and radiant smile will forever be remembered by her family, friends, and everyone who was fortunate enough to know her.

Though her time here was too short, the memories Lindsey leaves behind are filled with warmth, love, and sunshine, just as she would have wanted. May she forever rest in peace, carried on the breeze of every sunny day, as we remember the beauty she brought into the world.
