Linda Karlene Jarrett died Thursday, January 1, 2015 at her sister’s home with family by her side. She was 65 years, 3 months, and 28 days. Linda was born in Tulsa, OK on September 3, 1949, to her parents, Jo Ann (Brown) and Alan Elrie Keesee. She attended Tulsa Schools and was a member of the graduating class of 1967 from Will Rogers High School. She worked as a Claims Adjuster for Wal-Mart for the last 12 years. Linda enjoyed several hobbies including crafts, reading, cooking, spending time with family being a grandmother and mother.
Linda was preceded in death by her father in 1979. Linda missed him very much. Linda adored the many dogs she owned during her lifetime. Her most recent companion, Annie, survives her.
Linda leaves many loving memories with her family, daughter, Elizabeth C. Manard and husband Erick, of Glenpool, OK, son, Jason C. Jarrett, of Bartlesville; mother, JoAnn Brouse, of Tulsa; sister, Kathi Madewell and husband Roy, of Bixby, OK; grandchildren, She'la, Abbigayle, and Elijah Manard; nieces, Amanda Moore and Angela Farr; nephew, Daniel Madewell and Amy Archuletta and several great nieces; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, co-workers and friends.
Visitation will be Monday evening from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Schaudt's Funeral Service Chapel in Glenpool.
Services will be 11:00am on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at Schaudt's Funeral Service Chapel, Glenpool, OK, with Pastor Rob Scofield officiating. Interment will follow at Bixby Cemetery.
