Larry Edward Williams

Larry Edward Williams died peacefully at his home on September 25, 2017 in Corpus Christi, Texas at the age of 74. He was born on November 29, 1942 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Rebecca Brown Woodward.

Larry was a member of Will Rogers High School Class of '61; participating in wrestling. He graduated from Northeastern State University with a degree in Geology. After college, he traveled the world while working in the oil field.

After moving to Corpus Christi in 1977, he married Pamela Randazzo in 1980. His family remembers him as kind, gentle, generous; he was a patient husband, father, and grandfather who encouraged them to live to its fullest, follow their dreams, and to always help their friends and neighbors.

Larry enjoyed golfing, fishing and was an accomplished BBQ pit master. He could be found in the backyard minding the BBQ and taking care of the pets. He was a generous man who loved helping others, had an infectious laugh and was extremely laid back. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Survivors include; his wife, Pamela Randazzo Williams of Corpus Christi, Texas; his son, Christopher Randazzo of Austin, Texas; his mother, Rebecca Brown Woodward of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his granddaughters, Fiona Randazzo and Sylvia Randazzo of Austin, Texas; his sister, Kathy Caswell of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his brother, Gary Woodward of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is preceded in death by his father, Norman Woodward of Tulsa, Oklahoma and his grandparents, Elva and Alice Brown of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

A memorial service will be held, 10:00 a.m. on October 9, 2017, The Chapel at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with a celebration of life to follow at, the home of Scott Caswell in Tulsa, Oklahoma. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Larry’s life.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Larry Edward Williams to The American Cancer Society or The Coastal Conservation Association. Arrangements are entrusted to Schaudt's Tulsa Funeral Service and Cremation Care. Family and friends may send memories and condolences to the family, online at www.schaudtfuneralservice.com.
