Kirk Baxter Pyle

Kirk Baxter Pyle age 84 passed away Thursday, August 12, 2010 at Inverness Village Nursing Home in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Kirk was born May 12, 1926 in Eufaula, Oklahoma to Luther Pyle and Margaret (Turner) Pyle. In 1943 he graduated from Eufaula High School. Kirk enlisted into the United States Navy and obtained his pilot's license and continued his military career until he retired as a Major from the United States Air Force. Kirk had a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from OU; he worked as an attorney and was a Judge for the State of Oklahoma District Court.
Kirk was preceded in death by his parents: Luther and Margaret Pyle; his first wife: Patricia Jean Pyle (June 4, 1993) and his brother: Richard Pyle.
He is survived by his wife: Rosalie Marie Pyle of Tulsa; his sons: Kirk Pyle of Roy, Utah, Devin Pyle of Oklahoma City, Russ Pyle of Eufaula; his daughters: Margi Rogers of San Diego, California, Sarah Moody, Burleson, Texas, Gail Morrow of Miami, Florida; his two sisters: Mary Margaret Carey and Jerri Collie of Eufaula along with twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Kirk's final disposition will be at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia.
