Kimberly Diann (Sigler) Ross passed away on December 23, 2023, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born on May 16, 1986, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Kimberly ultimately made a home for herself and her family in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
Kimberly leaves behind a legacy of love and warmth. She is survived by her beloved husband Christopher and their cherished son Lincoln, who were the center of her world, her parents Michael and Lisa Sigler, her sister Jessica Fu, and her nieces Sadie and Olivia Fu. She is also deeply mourned by her parents-in-law Deborah Ross and Brian Ross (Tiffany) and her brother-in-law Benjamin Fu.
Kimberly began school in her hometown of Bartlesville, but she graduated high school in Marshall, Texas, in 2005. She earned an associate degree from Northeastern State University in 2007. Kimberly eventually returned to NSU and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English in 2014. She would use this degree, and her love for literature and learning in general, when she worked as a teen librarian for the Tulsa City-County Library System.
On August 25, 2007, Kimberly married Chris, who was the love of her life. In a testament to their love for simplicity, the ceremony was held in a local park and attended only by close friends and family. Chick-fil-A and strawberry cake - classic Kimberly staples - were provided. They honeymooned in Colorado, where Kimberly found her love for the mountains and for traveling in general. Thereafter, Chris and Kim loved taking road trips together, delving into nature and nearby museums and zoos.
Kimberly always wanted to be a mother, and her dream finally came true on December 1, 2016, when her son Lincoln was born. He was the absolute light of her world. She was also an amazing aunt, almost never missing one of her niece’s performances, no matter how insignificant. She always knew how to make the children around her feel loved and important.
Kimberly adored her role as a homemaker and found immense joy in spending time with her family. She loved reading and playing games with her friends. She loved her dogs and making order out of chaos. More than anything, she loved being with Chris and Lincoln.
Kimberly will be remembered for her kind heart, her strong sense of justice, her wit and sarcasm, her supportiveness and stubbornness, and, most of all, her love for and devotion to her family. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
Kimberly was preceded in death by her beloved grandmother, Helen Sigler.
