Kevin Ray Rogers age 52 passed away in Beggs, Oklahoma on Monday, July 18, 2016.
Kevin was born October 21, 1963, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Thomas Edward Rogers, III and Willa Dean (Griffith) Blackley. He graduated from Liberty Mounds High School with the Class of 1981. He worked in the construction field as a brick mason. Kevin enjoyed fishing in his spare time.

Kevin is survived by his parents Willa Blackley, Thomas Rogers, III, his step-father, Bob Blackley, step-mother, Lola Rogers his brothers, Thomas Rogers IV, Mark Blackley, Bob Blackley, Jr., his son, Ashley R. Rogers of Portland,Oregon along with other family members, friends and acquaintances.
