Kevin Michael Collins

Kevin Michael Collins, II age 15 passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at his residence in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Kevin was born August 28, 1995 in Brandon, Mississippi. Kevin attended North Intermediate High School in Broken Arrow and most recently was a sophomore at Jenks High School. He loved all animals and the outdoors. He was generous, protective, quick witted, intelligent and a kind person. Kevin played baseball for many years. Kevin was preceded in death by his father: Paul Edward Mains in 2008. He is survived by his mother: Angela Mains of Tulsa; his sister: Erin Collins of Tulsa; his grandmother: Diane Lanford of Shreveport, LA; his Aunt Eva Naquin of New Orleans, LA; his Aunt Felisha Callen of Maryville, TN and his cousin: Eva Callen of Maryville, TN. A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 19, 2011 at Central Park in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family requests that donations be made in Kevin's memory to the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America and Little League of America.
