Kenneth Reed Carrington

Kenneth Reed Carrington, 59, passed away January 7, 2025. He was born on October, 2, 1965 in Sweetwater, Tx and attended school at Sweetwater High, where he also graduated. 

Kenneth leaves behind his one and only daughter Keisha Carrington and three grandchildren, Aspen Flowal, Luke Anthony Quinn and Sekani-Creed Pfister, all of Sweetwater, Tx. 

He is survived by his parents, Bennie and Sharmaine Carrington of Sweetwater. Sister, Sharon Blanton and husband, Clenis of Lawton, Oklahoma and his brother, Bruce Carrington. He also leaves behind his nieces Candice Carrington, Danica Gilmore, Symone Johnson, Erica Smith and Veronica Lopez. Nephews, Braxton Carrington and Montel Blanton. 

He is proceeded in death by his father Cleofus Reed, brother Troy Carrington, both grandparents James and Jeanette Lemmons and James and Retta Carrington. 

Kenneth loved the Lord and enjoyed spending time developing his relationship with Christ. Before he passed, he was enrolled at Rhema Bible College in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he was beginning his ministry program. He loved to share his love of music, and wherever you saw him, he had a smile on his face. Depending on how well you knew him, he loved to dress up. He owned a beautiful collection of suits. He also had a passion for cooking, even as a young boy growing up, he loved to cook. He was very good at it. 

Kenneth loved the word and loved sharing his knowledge and helping people grow in their faith. He was so loved and will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him. The family would like to thank the Rhema Bible family for their assistance with everything.
