Kenneth Ray Collard was born August 30, 1930 and passed from this life Saturday, December 14, 2013.

Kenneth was married to Betty Sue Butler Collard on December 27, 1957. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eligha and Lottie Collard.

He is survived by his wife, Betty, his daughters Sherry McNeill and husband Jim of McKinney, Texas, Susan Meyer and husband Travis of Jenks, Oklahoma, seven grandchildren, and two great grandchildren along with other family members and friends.

Kenneth graduated from Berryhill High School in 1948 and remained in Berryhill for the majority of his life. He served in United States Navy from January 6, 1951 to November 10, 1954 as an Engineman Second Class during the Korean War. Kenneth worked for Southwestern Bell for 34 years. He loved to fish, hunt, raise bird dogs and ride motorcycles. After retirement he and Betty were active members in the Sooner Schooners camping club.

Memorial services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday December 16, 2013 at Schaudt’s Glenpool Funeral Service Chapel.
