Kendal Del Dowda

Kendal €œKenny€ Del Dowda, age 56, passed away December 28, 2005 at Saint Francis Hospital, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Kenny was born on February 8, 1949 in Hays, Kansas to Calvin O'Dell Dowda and Pauline Taylor Dowda. He met the love of his life, Karen Wright and were married February 23, 2001 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Kenny attended Tulsa Junior College. He worked as a machinist for W. C. Norris for 37 years. Mr. Dowda resided in Catoosa and moved to Glenpool in 2000.
Kenny enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing and he loved computers. People will remember Kenny for his sense of humor; his kind and compassionate personality and for being a hard worker.
Mr. Dowda is survived by his wife, Karen Wright of Glenpool; his brother: Steve Dowda, Tulsa; two sons: Randy Dowda, Tulsa; Reade Dowda, Cleveland; three daughters: Tammy Pinley, Broken Arrow; Patricia Lykins, Glenpool and Christina Garber, Argos, Indiana.
Visitation will be held Thursday, December 29th from 12:00 noon until 8:00 p.m. at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service, 719 East 141st Street, Glenpool, Oklahoma.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 30th at 10:00 a.m. at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service Chapel
