Keith Ray Overstreet

Keith Ray Overstreet age 49 passed away Saturday, June 8, 2013 in Lubbock, Texas. Keith was born October 5, 1963 in Wichita, Kansas to Kenneth Wayne Overstreet and Karen Sue (Wallace) Overstreet. He graduated from Odessa High School in 1981 in Odessa, Texas. He loved football and was offered a scholarship at Texas Christian University. Keith was certified by the State of Texas as a Private Investigator and worked with his brother at Overstreet Investigations. Keith wrote poetry and had several poems published. He and his twin brother were best friends. Keith was preceded in death by his grandparents, his brother, Kelly Scott (August 8, 2008) and his mother, Karen Sue (August 15, 2009). He is survived by his father, Kenneth Wayne Overstreet of Glenpool, his son, Heith Ray Overstreet and his wife, Kogney of Fort Worth, Texas, his son, Kyle Aaron Overstreet and his wife, Ashley of Tulsa, Oklahoma, his brother, Kevin Wayne Overstreet and his wife, Catherine Elizabeth of Lubbock, Texas, his aunt, Evelyn Holt and her husband, Ted of Ada, Oklahoma, his grandchildren, Kaelyn Rae Overstreet, Keegan Aaron Overstreet, Kyson Kelly Overstreet along with other family members and acquaintances. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Keith Overstreet Memorial Fund, c/o BancFirst, 394 E. 141st Street, Glenpool, Oklahoma 74033. Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, June 14, 2013 at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service. Funeral services are 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 17, 2013 at Faith Church, Glenpool, Oklahoma. Reverend Ron Baker will officiate. Interment will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at Old Velma Cemetery in Velma, Oklahoma.
