Kay Ann Boyer

Kay Ann (Woods) Boyer, 55, passed away at her home, in Tulsa, on Wednesday, June 21, 2017. She was born July 6, 1961 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma to Janice Joy (Rice) and Oscar Harry Woods, Jr. She has three beautiful daughters.

Before moving to Tulsa, Kay volunteered for Stillwater Hospice and was an active member of Westport, Oklahoma Town Council. She enjoyed cooking and reading but absolutely loved politics. She loved holidays with family and was a devoted mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Janice Joy (Rice) and Oscar Harry Woods, Jr. and brother, Craig Harrison Woods.

Survivors include her husband, Frank Boyer of their home; daughters, Laura Renee Boyer, Anna Michelle Boyer and Jenna Catherine Boyer; sister, Pamela Woods Morrow and husband, Clifford of Gladstone, MO; and many friends. She will be greatly missed.
