Survivors include her daughter, Carrie Cook; sister, Loretta Butts; brother, Terry Lemmons and grandson, Isaiah Thomas Cook. Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 13, 2012 at the El Reno Cemetery.
