Kathryn Fitzer

Kathryn Ligon Fitzer age 80 passed away Sunday, April 7, 2013 at St. John Medical Centers in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Kathryn was born in Whitefield, Oklahoma on March 29, 1933 to Earl Ligon and Talitha (Sears) Stevens. She attended Quinton High School. Kathryn was a homemaker and loved to cook. She especially liked spending time with her grandchildren and enjoyed crocheting. Kathryn was preceded in death by her parents, her step-father Sam Stevens, her grandson, Justin Wiles, her children, Donald Fitzer, Donna Fitzer, Dorothy Farrar and Curta Fitzer. She is survived by her grandchildren: Orbie Fitzer, Joe Fitzer, Lynn Fielden, Donna Fitzer and Tonya Phillips; her great grandchildren: Douglas Fielden, Nick Fowler, Brittanie Fowler, Leslie Fielden, Justin Fitzer, Lela Phillips and Jason Phillips, along with her three great great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and other family members. Visitation is 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 12, 2013 at Schaudt's Funeral Service. Funeral service is 11:00 a.m. Friday at Schaudt's Funeral Service Chapel, Glenpool, Oklahoma. Interment will be at Lona Valley Cemetery in Quinton, Oklahoma. Arrangements were entrusted to Daniel C. Schaudt of Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service & Cremation Care.
