Karen Sue Downs

Karen Sue (Blose) Downs age 49 passed away Friday, September 19, 2008 at Hillcrest Medical Center, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Karen was born October 7, 1958 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma to Aubrey Homer Blose and Gertrude Francis (Lloyd) Blose. She graduated from Sapulpa High School in 1976. She married Larry Downs in Sapulpa on December 21, 1982. Karen was an assistant manager for OZ. Karen enjoyed working in her flower bed, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren.
Karen was preceded in death by her father: Aubrey Blose.
She is survived by her husband: Larry Downs of Tulsa; her children: Jessica Downs; Eric Downs, Cory Watkins; her sisters: Nancy Patterson, Barbara Huey, Renee Cosper; her brothers: Billy Blose, Jay Blose, her mother: Gertrude Blose; her brother in-laws: James Cosper, Perry Patterson, Gayle Huey; her sister in law: Coralee Blose along with her two precious grandchildren: Garret Downs and Haylee Watkins.
Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at Schaudt's Funeral Service Chapel, Glenpool, Oklahoma.
