Julie Lynn Jackson

Julie Lynn Jackson passed away on Monday, January 7, 2013 at the age of 55. She was born on December 17, 1957 to Julio Larocco and Lyne (Casey) West in Wichita, Kanas. She enjoyed going to church, singing and dancing. Julie had a big heart and loved helping others. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her. She was preceded in death by her father, Julio Larocco and brother, Michael D. Larocco. Survivors include her mother, Lyne West of Okmulgee; three children, Quinton Maurer of Denver, Co; Ben Sekelsky of NC and Demetria Jackson and husband, Tancy Evans of Okmulgee; brothers, Clifford West of Okmulgee, Randy West and wife, Kathy of Eufaula and Rodney Larocco of Midwest City; sisters, Shelia Beth Stretch of Okmulgee, Glenda Ashley of Henryetta and Jeannie Contu of Sapulpa; six grandchildren, Dominic Richardson, Conner Sekelsky, Lamarion, Javonte and Brianne Evans and Taylor Maurer and numerous other relatives and friends. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 14, 2013 at the Shurden-Jackson Funeral Home in Okmulgee with Pastor John Fisher and Reverend Gwen McCullough officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Shurden-Jackson Funeral Home in Okmulgee.
