Julian David Tate

Julian David Tate left to be with his Lord & Savior Jesus Christ Friday morning, July 10, 2015. He was born November 20, 1929 to Lebern C. & Myrtie V. Tate and was raised in Burdette, AR.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sharon and his daughter, Beverly Jean Gage and her husband Jim; his son, Julian David Tate, Jr.; his beloved sister, Loretta Tate Marshall of Benton, Mo; his granddaughters, Jennifer Gage Dugan and Amanda Gage. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Jerrel Tate.

He loved his Savior and Lord Jesus Christ, his own family and his adopted Oklahoma family-the Swank 's and the Moore's. He had a special love of fishing. He was a very good tennis player and enjoyed gardening. Julian retired from Rockwell International as Senior Manager of Quality Control & Quality Engineering. He is loved much and will be greatly missed.

Graveside services will be 9:00am Wednesday July 15, 2015 at Rose Hill Memorial Park in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with Pastor Robert Mansfield officiating.
