Juanita Annita Lucero

Juanita Anita Lucero age 62 years old passed away on Sunday, February 21, at her Tulsa residence surrounded by loving family members.
Juanita was born May 14, 1947 in Vroman, Colorado to Felipe Martinez and Josephita (Maes) Martinez. She attended schools in Mora, New Mexico. Juanita married the love of her life, Robert Lucero on December 9, 1967 in Roswell, New Mexico. Juanita worked as a machinist for Cooper Manufacturing Company and previously worked as a Manager for Butterfield's Express Restaurant in Tulsa. Juanita was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church where she volunteered with translation. She also enjoyed traveling and sewing.

Juanita was preceded in death by her parents: Felipe and Josephita Martinez.

She is survived by her husband: Robert Gene Lucero; her son: Daniel Lucero and his wife, Renee Stoppel; her daughter: Roberta Woodruff; her four grandchildren: Desirea Nicole Woodruff, Billy Lynn Woodruff, III, Christopher Malott, Courtney Malott along with other family members, friends and acquaintances.

Memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 6th at St. Francis Xavier Church, 2434 E. Admiral Blvd., Tulsa, Oklahoma. Reverend Robert Dye will officiate.
