Juanita Ann Smith

Juanita Ann Smith was born October 26, 1971 in Merced, California. She passed away Thursday, July 10, 2014 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa. She graduated from West Moore High School in 1990 and attended Tulsa Community College. Juanita was a devoted aunt, caretaker, and always had the heart of a servant. She overcame many difficult challenges in her life. She worked as a manager, cook, and waitress at Waffle House.

Juanita is survived by her fiance Edgar Fuentes of Owasso; her children Isaiah Dane Smith and Jordan Dimitrius Smith; her mother Gailene Smith and husband Richard Curby of Tulsa; her father Vernon Smith of Inola; siblings Carol Smith of Lexington, KY, Michelle Owen and husband Joe of Poteau, Brian Smith and wife Amy of Frisco, TX, Russell Smith and wife Jenny of Inola, Jessica Marks of Las Vegas, NV, and Donald Doney and wife Linda of Cape Junction, OR; and numerous nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.

Services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Monday at the Schaudt-Teel Funeral Service Chapel in Tulsa.
