Joseph €œJoe€ Edward Johnson age 42 passed away Monday, February 8, 2008 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Joe was born in Detroit, Michigan on March 3, 1965 to Jerome Jay Johnson, III and Linda Kay (Dodge) Johnson.
He was a certified mechanic and worked for Don Whitesel dealing with heavy equipment for industrial tires. Joe resided in Michigan until 1985. At that time he moved to Oklahoma City and from there to the Oakhurst area. In his spare time Joe enjoyed playing video games.
Joe was preceded in death by his mother: Linda Kay Johnson.
Joe is survived by his father: Jerome Jay Johnson, III of Tulsa; his two sons: Christopher Johnson of Oklahoma City; Joseph E. Johnson of Oklahoma City; his two brothers: Robert Steven Johnson of Tulsa and Steven Johnson and his wife, Chailla of Tulsa along with 3 nephews: and one niece: Tyrone Julius Johnson of Florida, Dillon Dewayne McCully of Tulsa, Linda Michelle Johnson of Tulsa and Steven Robert Johnson of Tulsa.
Service will be 1:00p.m. Wednesday, February 13, 2008 at the Oakridge Baptist Church, Tulsa, OK with Reverend Dean Robinson officiating.
