John Edward Hark

John Edward Hark age 60 passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2008 at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
John was born September 9, 1947 in Pomona, California to Byron Leslie Heck and Margaret Ann (Moran) Heck. He graduated from Barstow High School in 1965 and attended college in Branson, Missouri. John served his country in the United States Air Force. On March 23, 1971 he married Elisabeth Behrens in Las Vegas, Nevada. John was a real estate salesman for Surrey Vacation Resorts.
John was a very social person. Over the years he played in numerous softball leagues; he enjoyed bowling, fishing and camping. John was a NASCAR fan; he especially liked to follow Dale Earnhardt's career.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Byron and Margaret Ann Heck; his wife: Elisabeth Behrens Hark (1999) and his brother Melvin Heck who passed away on March 5, 2008.
John is survived by his daughters: Christy Qualls and her husband, Jim of Inola, Oklahoma; Cindy Pearman and her husband, Mike of St. Louis, Missouri; his sisters: Lorraine Wright of Chino, California; Peggy Keiper and her husband, Dail of Barstow, California and Mary Elizabeth Heck of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his brother: Joseph Heck and his wife, Trudy of Tulsa, Oklahoma along with numerous nieces, nephews and friends in both Tulsa, Oklahoma and Southern California.
A private family service will take place at the family's convenience.
