John David Fields

John David Fields passed away May 14, 2015 at Oklahoma State University Medical Center in Tulsa. He was born December 4, 1952 in Loveland, Texas to George Richard John Fields and Julie Marie (Blaylock) Fields. John worked for many years as a tree trimmer.

John was preceded in death by his parents; and his sisters: Nancy, Donna, and Viola. He is survived by his loving wife Anita Fields; his three children: Tonya, John Calvin, and David Alan; and seven grandchildren.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Schaudt-Teel Funeral Service and Cremation Care in Tulsa. A memorial ceremony is scheduled for 2:00 PM Wednesday in the Chapel at Schaudt-Teel with Chaplain Mark Simpson of Transitions Life Care Hospice officiating.
