John C Sims

John C. Sims  age 71 passed away Friday, April 18, 2014 at Clarehouse in Tulsa, Oklahoma. John was born December 31, 1942 in Charleston, Arkansas to John Allen and Sally (Hixson) Sims.  On June 6, 1962 he married Patricia Ruth (Frazier).  He retired as a steel worker - working 40 years for Sheffield Steel Company.  He was a member of Carbondale Assembly of God Church. John was preceded in death by his parents:  John and Sally Sims.   He is survived by his wife Patricia, his son, Michael John Sims of Spring, Texas, other family members and friends.   Memorial services are 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 25, 2014 at Carbondale Assembly of God in Tulsa.  Pastor Phil Taylor will officiate.
