John Albert Tarrant, 44, of Jenks, OK, passed away Friday evening, April 7, 2017 in Tulsa.

He was born in Oklahoma City, OK on January 10, 1973, a son of Henrietta (Oestmann) and the late Max Albert Tarrant.

John worked as a Technician at Cox Communications for many years. He enjoyed coaching kid’s sports; spending time with family; He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

He was a member of Life Church-Jenks Campus.

John is preceded in death by his father, Max.

He leaves many loving memories with his family, wife, Misty Ann (Marshall) Tarrant; daughter, Allie Tarrant, son, Colby Tarrant, step daughter, Brooke Walls; two sisters, Sheri Stallings and Linda Tarrant; two brothers, Woody Tarrant and Gary Tarrant; as well as many other loving relatives and a host of friends.

He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12:30 PM on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at Life Church Jenks Campus in Tulsa, OK with Pastor Isaiah Bill officiating.
