Jody May Mccutcheon

December 22, 1941 — September 17, 2006

Johana (Jody) May Burgess McCutcheon, age 64 went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 17, 2006 in Tulsa, Oklahoma .
Jody was born December 22, 1941 to Clarence Zahner and Della May (Shultz) Zahner in Skiatook, Oklahoma. She attended schools in Skiatook. Jody had worked at Debbie's Restaurant in Sperry, Oklahoma before she decided to be a full time homemaker.
Jody liked going to garage sales and playing Bingo. She enjoyed all kinds of arts and crafts, plus reading historical books, watching historical movies and crocheting. Jody received great pleasure out of being a homemaker for her family. She was a kind and loving mother, grandmother, friend and will be sorely missed.
Mrs. McCutcheon was preceded in death by both parents: Clarence and Della May Zahner and her first husband: Gerald Wayne Burgess, Sr. and her second husband: Ronald McCutcheon.
She is survived by one son: Wayne Burgess and his wife, Lori of Glenpool, Oklahoma; two granddaughters: Katie Burgess of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Christa Steele of Fort Worth, Texas; a very cherished cousin and friend, Carolyn and Rick Rodgers of Duncan, Oklahoma; along with many nieces, nephews and special friends she loved.
A special thank you to all of her doctors and nurses at SouthCrest Hospital along with our thanks to the people of Hospice of Green Country and Clarehouse for the exceptional care they gave to our mother, grandmother and friend.
