Jimmy Alexander

James (Jimmy) Alexander age 76 passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at his Glenpool, Oklahoma residence surrounded by his loving family members.

Jimmy was born on December 21, 1938 in Pawnee, Oklahoma to William and Mary (Harjo) Alexander. He graduated from Webster High School. He attended St. Gregory's College. Jimmy served his country in the United States Army. He was a devoted minister for years serving many communities and families.

He was preceded in death by his parents William and Mary Alexander, his brother: Charles Alexander, three of his children, Jimmy Jr. and LeAnn Alexander and La Donna Thompson.
Jimmy is survived by his wife, Lorena Alexander, his children: Tony Alexander and his wife, Tricia of Glenpool, Jimmi Carol (Sissy) Dunn of Sapulpa, Rick Alexander of Glenpool, Marlin Thompson, Bristow, Faron Thompson of Pawnee, Jake Thompson and his wife Randi of Tulsa, his siblings: Robert Alexander of Commerce, E J Alexander of Pawnee, Mary Sue (Alexander) Peak of Oakhurst, twenty-three grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren other family members, friends and acquaintances.

Wake service is 7:00 p.m. Thursday, March 5th at Tulsa Hills Baptist Church, 8600 S. Union, Tulsa, OK 74132.

Funeral service is 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 6, 2015 at Tulsa Hills Baptist Church. Pastor Tim Lowe and Paul Fixico will officiate.

Interment will follow at North Indian Cemetery in Pawnee, Oklahoma.
