Jimmie Charles Park

Jimmie Charles Park, Okmulgee resident, died peacefully Sunday January 10, 2016 at Fountain View Manor in Henryetta at the age of 86 years.

He was born on December 6, 1929 in Blackwell, Oklahoma to his parents, Earl William and Alta (Webb) Park. Jimmie graduated high school then served our country in the U.S. Army.

He married Mary Fayne Bradley and they had 3 sons. Jimmie worked in the grocery industry as a manager. He also attended Town and Country Christian Church.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Robert E. Park; and a grandson, Kevin Wayne Park.

Jimmie leaves many loving memories with his family, wife, Mary, of the home; son, Steven W. Park and wife, Carol, of Melbourne, Australia; son, James C. Park and wife Debi of Jenks; son, David E. Park and wife Janet, of Lavon, Texas; 5 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; as well as many other loving family members.

There will be a private family service held at a later date.
